Is REVA University good for placements?

No, REVA University is not Tier 1 but comes in the category of Tier 2. Tier 1 usually includes institutes like IITs and NITs. But REVA University is one of the top private institutes that is known for its education and amazing placements. 

I don't think it is worth joining Reva University for Btech in ISE through comedk. There are better colleges and better courses available in btech through comedk, try for those courses. If you are getting this college and course based on your rank, if this is the best available option at your rank,
