RGUKT (IIIT Basara) is considered as the Tier 2 college. However, it is constantly enhancing itself it terms of better education and better placement opportunities. It may get placed in Tier 1 soon but right now RGUKT (IIIT Basara) is claimed to be a Tier 2 University/ college.
