Yes, RNBGU University has been approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and vide Act No. 20 of the Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha

But UGC official website doesn't declare RNBGU as affiliated as it says RNBGU initiated or requested or called for inspection, but confirmation awaited.
