RCE, in fact, is a good option for CSE branch as it has got qualified and experienced faculty members (some has got their work published in international journals) and well-equipped computer labs. Plenty of reference books and resources is available at the library. So, for me, it's the best college.

For CSE branch, Roorkee college of engineering is one of the best colleges in Uttarakhand. It gives best placement offer to the student with higher packages. It has very qualified faculty members, they provide good and proper knowledge to the students.
