    This is a new concept under e-commerce to provide jobs through such websites like R-SAT, Elitmus and CoCubes. Under this concept, started by some professionals with industry experience, shortlisting of candidates are done through on line tests conducted as per company requirement. The candidates so shortlisted then are placed before the company HRs to finalize the selections. It is a win win situation for freshers, concept developers and companies as every body gain.
