Hello Shyama,
In RUSSIA: The degree is over 6 years long, you have to learn Russian language (not for class but to live in Russia), have to leave Russia upon graduation (visa revoked), there are nice facilities but not many patients for students to get experience, it's hard to go to the USA to do c
