is RV-VLSI,bangalore is good institute to join for VLSI training

this institute offering advanced diploma in ASIC design claiming 1.2lak for the course, my question is it worth to pay this much for the same, somebody please clarify and if anyone found it not worth please mention other institutes offering equivalent courses at bangalore
