Is SAET exam for mba? what is eligibility for this exam?

SAET examination is conducted by the UGC (University Grants Commission). This examination is held twice in a year. If you want to become a lecturer then you need to qualify SAET examination. To apply for SAET examination, you have to complete Master’s degree (any stream) from a recognized university. You should score a minimum of 55% in Master’s and relaxation will be applicable for SC/ST candidates. If you score 54.99 % then you’re not eligible for SAET examination. Final year candidate may also be deemed eligible to apply for this examination, but the candidate requires to submit the course completion certificate. Your age should be not more than 28 years for Junior Research Fellowship Programme. If you are an SC/ST category candidate then relaxation will be applicable. There is no upper age limit for lectureship Programme. The examination application fee for general candidates is Rs. 450, SC/ST candidates is Rs. 110 and OBC and other backward candidates is Rs. 225.
