The results of the semester exams are declared 6-8 weeks after the exam is over. Odd semesters result in result declaration in February (town example would be February 2025 for December), while even semesters have results released by July-August (after May-June exams). Students are supposed to access their results using their roll numbers via the SPPU portal. This may be delayed due to evaluation processes.

The faculty at Sahyadri Valley College of Engineering and Technology is a mix of experienced and new teachers. Some have over 8 years of experience, while others are relatively new. Student reviews are mixed regarding teaching quality and support.

The faculty team of Sahyadri College is said to be okay as they are usually postgraduates (M.Tech/ Ph.D.) as suggested in student feedbacks. They follow the curriculum of SPPU for better precision in teaching, especially in CSE, lacking in industrial experience.

The staffs also conduct workshops to help 300 B.E. students to hone their skills. Quality of teaching is satisfactory compared to the COEP, rather mediocre if it comes to the range of specializations. Surveys done on the part of the students indicate on slight higher side on the need for more practical education.

Not documentation in the case of notable alumni of Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management. The named list of noteworthy alumni from its B.E. programme (since 2011) was found working in IT multinationals such as Infosys, TCS and are employed as software engineers with a basic pay of about INR 5-7 LPA); they also occupy mid-level positions.

In student feedback, particularly about an alumni network, that facilitates placements for 300 odd students counted by the school, the names are unknown.
