SJSU acceptance rate 2025 stands at 84.61%, meaning that out of every 100 students who apply to the university's admission process, San Jose State University is likely to admit around 84-85 students. This makes the admission criteria of the university very non-selective as majority of the applicants are likely to be admitted.

Whereas when it comes to the SJSU acceptance rate for international students,  it stands at 74%, making the San Jose State University admissions slightly more selective for international aspirants, but not difficult nevertheless.

The San Jose State University acceptance rate is 84% which suggests that it is a relatively less competitive institution, with many applicants for more spots in its various programs. Early application can be a primary benefit as it gives students a better chance of acceptance. So don’t wait for the last-minute deadlines. The sooner, the better for students applying to San Jose State University.
