San Jose State University, or SJSU, is a good option for computer science, particularly because it is based in Silicon Valley. However, the rankings vary; it ranks roughly 601-800 internationally for computer Science and 62nd in the nation by some ranking systems. It is not as prestigious as Stanford or MIT but has very strong industry connections and internship opportunities, especially with tech companies. Since it will major in practical skills, hence giving it a good standing when finding employment in the tech sector, the university is viable.
