Is SAP SD a good option to boost my career? I have done my graduation in B.Tech and MBA in marketing.
I am working with ITC Limited (FMCG) in sales and distribution from 1 year and 2 months.

SAP SD is an excellent value added qualification for MBA Marketing candidates. After few years experience in SAP SD you can seek SAP functional consultant job in IT industry.

With IT industry being in slow down state, risk of resigning and doing SAP is very high. You must evaluate risk based on your personal conditions and preferences.
