Is Sardar Patel College of Education-Haryana NCTE and UGC approved?

Sardar Patel College of Education is approved by NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education, Jaipur) and affiliated to MD University, Rohtak as per the college Website. It is not very clear if its UGC recognised or not.
