Can I earn SAS certificate by doing trainings on my own and then enrolling with SAS institute for exam to earn the certificate. If yes, Please tell the best (qualitywise) institute offering SAS trainings at a resonable fees as SAS instiute charges haviely for trainings conducted by them.
