SAASTA, which stands for the South Australian Aboriginal Secondary Training Academy, is a government initiative. It works with schools to provide unique educational programs to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in South Australia. The programme is designed to give students opportunities for ongoing personal growth, cultural experiences, and educational advancement, focusing on areas like sport, education, employment, healthy living, and connection with their culture.
