  • Hello Teja,
Yes, SASTRA University is better than some NITs (some NITs does not include NIT Trichy). SASTRA University has better placements and salary packages as they have many tie ups with MNCs. They also offer Industrial exposure and Internships.
The infrastructure is also good at SASTRA University.
If you are aspiring to be a good engineer with a placement in top companies and also with a good salary then SASTRA University is a good choice.
Top 5 NITs are better than SASTRA. If you don't get a good course in those top 5 NITs then SASTRA University will be the better choice.

    How are you?
You may prefer Shiksha college predictor.
In our country, people truly believe on IITs and NITs for B.Tech and placement.
But, due to downfall, these are also losing its position.
Apart from these, some private college are BITS, SRM, NIRMA, VIT, SKIT Jaipur, UPES Dehradun and LPU are getting higher value.
Well, there, you may get good environment.
A peaceful decorum and high placement records
Thanks for asking. All the best

NITs have good infrastructure and placements but not for all branches. So choose your branch and then, note that to exclude the top 7 NITs, SASTRA University is better.
