Hi,
If I talk about only SBI PO . Than it is not tough ,only number of seats are less in SBI PO Exams.
If I compare the SBI PO & IBPS PO than SBI PO is tougher than IBPS PO because IBPS PO has more vacancies than SBI PO.
In other words, the cut-offs for the bank exams are directly proportional to the number of vacancies. More the vacancies, lesser the cut-off and the exam becomes easy and vice versa.

Yes, with the proper preparation and approach, you may easily pass the SBI PO Prelims test in just one month. Comparing the SBI PO preliminary test to other exams of the same caliber, it is simple to pass.

Yes, it is. The SBI PO exam is regarded as being difficult because it is extremely competitive and draws many applicants each year. But the exam totally depends upon your speed, how fast you attempt a question.
