    Yes, the School of Engineering and Technology at Sharda University is recognized. Sharda University is a UGC approved institution, and every school within the university is recognised by its respective regulatory body. The School of Engineering and Technology has been ranked 4th among the top engineering schools. SSET also won the 2017 Innovative Education Awards' "Best Innovative Engineering School in North Award".
