Is scoring more in CMAT more important than attempting less questions with a good accuracy and getting a good percentile?

Yes, higher the marks, better will be your percentile, irrespective of your accuracy for CMAT exam. For example, a person scoring 260 marks with 70 Percent accuracy will have higher percentile than person scoring 250 marks with 100 Percent accuracy.
