The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) has ranked SDMIMD among the Top 100 Management Institutes in the Country in its India Rankings 2018 of higher education institutions. The overall ranking list by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) included 4000 institutes across the country in different disciplines. SDMIMD has secured its position as one among the Top 50 B-Schools in India. The B-School survey results released recently by key magazines which publish B-School survey every year - Business Today, Career 360, Competition Success Review (CSR). SDMIMD is ranked at the 36th position by NHRD among the 52 top B Schools in India which includes the IIMS and others. As per the Placement report of year 2017-19 of SDMIMD, The SDMIMD recorded 100 percent placement. With one more month to go for the completion of the programme, all eligible students were placed with the highest salary of Rs.9 Lacs, the average salary of Rs.7.14 Lacs and a median salary of 6.1 Lacs. The students have
been placed in varied roles such as Management Trainee, Consultant, Business Analyst, Credit Analyst, Market Intelligence Analyst, Area Manager, Regional Area Sales Manager etc. A few of the top companies from different sectors that have hired students through campus placements this year include the following.
