    Hello dearNo , only self study is not sufficient for JEE advance because your basic concept is not clear without discussion in class. JEE advance need deep concept of every topic.
    But Jee main may be possible through self study . For better score in jee main you need preparation through coaching institute becuase they provide better study materials and good problem for solving.
