The Suresh Gyan Vihar University Distance Education or Sgvude are carried out under Suresh Gyan Vihar University which is in Jaipur not in Noida. Regarding the Tier classification, it is worth mentioning that SGVUDE as such may not be always considered as Tier 1 or Tier 2 in the conventional way, wherein Tiers are attributed to cities. But the main university that the students attend is considered either a private university which is on the upward swing in terms of renown, or it may still not be in the same rank and file like some of the best known Tier 1 universities.
