<p>BMS college of Engineering is much expensive college than Sha-Shib College of Engineering, because the first year fees for BE is INR 3.5, while on the other side Sha-Shib College is not much expensive and is easily affordable. They have a sort of flexible fee structure i.e if your family is having financial issues, they reduce the fee after few requests.</p>
