Placements are getting better every year. But keep in mind Google, Facebook, Microsoft are not going to visit. But still its on par and increasing the average package every year. Avg placements in sharda is about 3.5- 5.4 LPA. Rest it depends on you and your efforts. Good luck.

Ranking: School is ranked No. 2 in India in Outreach and Inclusivity and 38 overall in the prestigious NIRF ranking released by The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. Placements: 200+ Campus placement drives with a reputed brand with an average package of 6-12 LPA. Students are placed in the best brands like Amazon, Federal bank, Delivery, Asian Paints, Berger Paint, Bajaj Electrical, Colgate Palmolive, HUL, ITC, Loreal, Marico, MRF, Vodafone to name a few. The MBA programme at LPU is a great mix of cutting edge curriculum, experiential learning pedagogy, industry interface, projects, internships and consultancies, technologies trainings and many more. The sheer size of campus and number of students provides a plethora of opportunities to students to explore their entrepreneurial skills. The multicultural intake ensures that students learn and understand cultural sensibilities which become an asset in corporate life. The most striking point however is the center for professional enhancement, the students are exposed to new ideas about personality development, professional etiquette, virtues, ethics, interpersonal and networking skills for almost full duration of the programme rather than just a few weeks of placement trainings. This inculcates these qualities in the students in much better way and go a long way into shaping the career apart from cracking the interviews. Coming to reputation, since you asked, NIRF a government agency has ranked Mittal School of business among top 50 B-schools in the country twice in a row, in some of the parameters it has even beaten most Iims and ranked no. 2 in the country !
