Is short term diploma courses of HR of 2-3 months are useful.

i am pursuing MBA from symbiosis in-admin 1.Is short term diploma course of HR is useful which are offered by many education points of 2-3 months. 2.if i'll go for some diploma course of 2-3 months of of hr,so it'll help me out in looking forward for hr job in some company.

Hi, Yes, you may surely pursue some short term diploma course in HR, however as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing MBA, and then opt for this short term specialized course. The advantage of this step would be that after working for some years you will know
