Yes, SHUATS is accredited in 2009 by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and the Indian Council of Forest Research Education (ICFRE). Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture Technology and Science was established as Allahabad Agricultural Institute in 1910.
