    As part of Symbiosis International (Deemed University), which has an A+ grade from the NAAC, SIBM Pune is accredited. Having joined the EFMD and EFMD Global network, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management Pune was founded in 1978. The institute has been ranked 17th by the NIRF 2023, 1st by Outlook 2023 for the Best Private B School in Maharashtra, and 6th by Outlook for the Best Private B School in India in 2023. Students in Management, Leadership and Strategy, and other streams can enroll in postgraduate courses offered by SIBM Pune.

It is a Constituent College of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) and holds affiliations with both the University Grants Commission (UGC) and Symbiosis International. Additionally, it is ranked among the top 10 establishments in its domain and holds a notable position in the management category within the NIRF rankings

    SIBM Pune is a constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) which is accredited with A + Grade by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) and is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission). Symbiosis Institute of Business Management Pune was established in 1978 and is a member of EFMD Global network and EFMD. Hence, many courses offered by SIBM Pune are approved by UGC (University Grants Commission).
