Is Sikkim manipal university recognized by WES?
I am doing BSCIT from Sikkim manipal university and planning to do masters in USA is SMU recognized by WES.

If saying about World Education Services then I would like to mention you that it is nothing but just a credential evaluation system and it is also not governmental department but a private non-profit making organization just like an NGO. Here you can apply just to show them that you have this or that degree fully recognized in your country and thus they enquire for the same in your country so as to make your degree available to those institutes (through them) where you are applying.
