Is Sikkim Manipal University , which is not recognised by UGC may cause any problem to bag a good career in MBA (Finance)?

Sikkim Manipal University still claims that it is recognised by UGC and association of Indian Universities. Problem seems less stringent if you are aiming for career advancement.
