Is Singhania University approved by INC? IF NOT THEN HOW CAN THE DEGREE BE VALID IN INDIA WITHOUT INC APPROVAL?

Singhania University was established in 2007 by Sh. DC Singhania, and its permission granted by the Rajasthan State Congress in accordance with section 2(f) of the UGC Act 1956.
Singhania University provides all degree and diploma certificates that are fully valid and established by the UGC act so it does not need any INC permission and its degree is valid because it is UGC and Rajasthan certified by the government.
If there is still any doubt, then you can go directly to the website of the university and read that information, otherwise, you can also go to the university and see it.

Singhania University has been established by Rajsthan state legislature as per section 2(f) of UGC act 1956.
Hence degree or diploma certificates issued by University have full validity at par with other universities. So University does not required any kind of approval from INC or AICTE for it's courses.
