Tools and techniques that help improve processes within an organisation. The primary goal of the six sigma certifications is to validate individuals who possess the skills to identify errors or defects in a business process and eliminate them. Any PGDM student who learns and get certified in Six Sigma methodologies will improve his employability by proving their commitment to improving their own business acumen and analytical skills beside improving the organisation business. A wide variety of companies and government organizations use Six Sigma and need certified yellow belts, green belts, and black belts.
