Is six sigma helpful in carrier growth after PGDM, And what would be the minimum pay scale after completion?

I've done PGDM and working for 6 months as research analyst.Would six sigma course be helpful? And after completion what would be the minimum pay scale? currently my annual package is below 3 lakhs.
