No, Sikkim Manipal University (SMUDE) is not as good as Mahatma Gandhi University. The private university SMUpDE provides distant learning programmes. This university is the best for distance learning. The placement fee for SMUDE in 2023 is 80%.
Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU)
Because of its curriculum, facilities, and placements, MGU's two-year MBA programme is thought to be better than SMUDE's. Some people think well of the personnel and instructors at MGU. Among Asian universities, MGU was ranked 154th in 2021 by Times Higher Education.
