    No, clearing the SNAP exam is not the only criterion for SIIB admission. The candidates will also have to clear a personality assessment test which includes Group Exercise (GE), Writing Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) round to be selected for SIIB admission. This personality assessment round is conducted after SNAP result announcement and only those candidates are eligible who meet the SNAP cut off fixed by the institutes. 

    Apart from that, the institutes evaluate every shortlisted candidate’s academic record, i.e. score of class 10, 12 and graduation. Those who have been scoring consistently well in academics
