SOIL institute was founded in year 2008 by Mr Anil Sachdev, it functions as unit of Grow Talent Private limited. There are 2 different programs offered by SOIL PGPM And PGDM (AICTE approved). PGPM is a one year full time programme offered for students with a minimum of 2-years of work experience whereas PGDM is a 2 year full time programme offered and no min work experience required, freshers can also apply. As a current student of the PGPM course, I feel I am eligible to answer this question.
