Recently the institute gained the autonomous institute status from UGC&nbsp; and it is also approved be AICTE and accredited with A grade by NAAC. It offers many courses like BE, &nbsp; BTECH, ME, MBA.</p>

<p>The college is very well known as an institute of engineering. Since the year 1995 and affiliated to Anna University, the institute has gained recognition both through its various programs and interaction with industry. Undergraduate and postgraduate courses are offered in several disciplines of engineering and management with a high concept of quality education and skill development.<br>It is recognised with a 3.5-star rating in the IIC 4.0 for 2021-2022 and has been ranked under the "Promising" category under the Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovations Achievement (ARIIA) 2021. The college is also very active in skill development initiatives and has established collaborations with industries as well, thereby raising its image in the region.</p>
