yes a person having B.Com degree from school of open learning is eligible to do MBA degree in regular mode

IF YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT NIOS ,CANDIDATE IS ELLIGIBLE FOR REGULAR DEGREE. tHRE ARE NO RECOGNIZED BOARD NAMELY "SCHOOL OF OPEN LEARNING" APART FROM DISTANCE WING OF UNIVERSITY OF DELHI.
