School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi is a deemed to be public university. SPA Delhi was established in 1941. Additionally, the School of Planning and Architecture Delhi has been recognised as an 'Institution of National Importance' by an ACT of the Indian Parliament's Ministry of HRD. SPA Delhi has received approval from the MHRD and COA accreditation.
