Is sports achievement important to pursue this course? I have done my 12th with 60%.

No, non such achievement is required to take admission in B.Sc Physical education .You just need to fulfil the eligibility norms. The eligibility is to have just passing marks in 10+2 (any stream) or equivalent, subject to qualifying in LPUPET to be conducted by LPU. Physical Efficiency Test (LPUPET) will be conducted to determine the general level of physical efficiency. Any state or national level achievement in sports can help you avail maximum scholarship (certificates shown will be subject to verification). Plan your admission online at the earliest to fetch maximum benefit of scholarship.

(Health and Physical Education) there is no requirement for sports achievemnets, students can take admission on the basis of 12th marks but LPUPET exam is mandatory to full the requirement of the programme. LPUPET is physical efficiency test conducted by LPU to check the student's physical strength.&nbsp;<br>REgistration for session 2024 has been started and you can register from the official website of LPU.&nbsp;</p>

<p>No ,there is no need of sports achievements to pursue B.Sc in Health and Physical Education course. LPU offers two courses under Physical Education which are as follows:-</p><p>a). B.sc (Health and Physical Education)--3 years (6 semesters)</p><p>b). Bachelor in physical education and sports (BPES)--3 years (6 semesters)</p><p><strong>Though Eligibility criteria are same for both the programe which is as follows:-</strong></p><p>Pass in 10+2 or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUPET<br><br>Physical Efficiency Test (LPUPET) will be conducted to determine the general level of Physical Efficiency. Therefore the applicants need not to undergo any kind of coaching.</p><p>Note:<br>Medical Fitness Certificate (as per university prescribed format) is Compulsory.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
