Hello Nishar Ahmed, I am afraid that Shri Gurudev Bahadur Khalsa College is perhaps not the best in Delhi at least these days. Many other colleges have the reputation of being the best and it was exemplified by the admissions getting closed at above 95% or even 99% in the older times in these colleg
