    Hello Nishar Ahmed, Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Khalsa College which was established in the year 1951 and which is affiliated with Delhi University is definitely not an expensive college. Even though it is located in the capital Delhi and has a great reputation, the fees of the first year that it charges for graduation courses vary from about rupees 23000 to rupees 29000 which is very reasonable compared to many other colleges across India.
