<p>General Description of St. Johns College of Engineering and Technology (SJCET, Kurnool) Commonly termed as a good college with the following desirable traits: Strengths: Infrastructure- The college has all the nice facilities and infrastructure. Library and sports facilities along with labs are available on the campus. Faculty- Faculty here are experienced and knowledgeable in imparting good education to students. Placement record- A healthy placement record is found as the students are getting placed in good companies like TCS, Infosys, and Accenture.</p><p>Environment: The campus of the College is located in a peaceful environment, well-suiting the learning process.&nbsp;&nbsp; Scope for Improvement:</p><p>Placement: Although the placement record itself has been fair, there could have been better outings in terms of numbers and average pay package.</p><p>The industry visit and the workshops also must be held more frequently as then only the students are going to receive practical exposure.</p><p>SJCET, Kurnool, strictly being a good option for pursuing engineering education, especially if one seeks a peaceful environment for studies and quality education. The conditions mentioned above are not applicable if interests or career goals are different.</p>
