Is STAREX University as good as IILM University?

It cannot be said that STAREX University is as good as IILM university. The above statement can be justified by seeing their rankings. STAREX University is ranked #62 out of 64 in Haryana and #8 of 8 in gurgaon. While IILM is ranked # 6 out of 8 in gurgaon. It can be seen that IILM is better in terms of rankings. About placements STAREX University offered 3.5 LPA as an average package and 10 LPA as a the highest package. While in IILM the highest package offered was 18LPA and average was 7.5LPA.
