is state rank considered n in nit nagpur,if yes what is the cutoff.My AIR is 85630(gen.rank 60232),state rank 4972(gen. rank 3766)

Hi Prateek,
As far as my Knowledge goes NIT Nagpur does accept state ranking and you may get a chance to admit through State Ranking. Most updated information will be available through the counseling board. However, for your convenience I am attaching last years Opening and closing rank for NIT:

in 85630 Rank there is no chance of getting any NIT.

this is not a good rank to get there. for more information go to ccb.nic.in & check the opening & closing rank of 2010-11.
