Hi, This varies from institute to institute. A few colleges pay stipend to the selected candidates of UR, SC, ST, and OBC category p.m. No stipend is paid to in-service candidates and candidates under Foreign National Category. For eg:- At Indira Gandhi Institute of Development & Research, M.Phil
