    University College London (UCL) is generally cheaper than the University of Oxford for international students:
    The average tuition fees at UCL are £33,977 for undergraduate programs and £32,100 for postgraduate programs, while at the University of Oxford, the average tuition fees are £39,010 for undergraduate and £37,894 for postgraduate programs.
    The cost of room and board is also lower at UCL, at around £34,205 per year, compared to £15,960 per year at Oxford.
