Is studying Hindi language compulsory till 10th to be eligible for IAS, IPS?

    HelloNo not at all necessary to do that. you can choose what ever you are comfortable with.
    No govt job entrance exam like IAS entrance or Groups will ask your subject in 10th as hindi or other language.
    you just need to be graduate from any recognized university of India.

    Hi I'm a student in a institute pursuig my diploma in animation and vfx. and i need to build my career in Visual FX, so my question is it necessary to get a knowlege in 3d as a base so that i an perform my Visual FX soFTware more better?
