    Your costs to study in France depends on which French institution you are getting yourself enrolled at. If you are enrolling at a public institution in France, then, your costs of studying will significantly reduce as these costs are subsidised by the French government. However, studying at private institutions may get costlier but even then, these costs are lesser than the costs in universities of most other abroad study destinations.
