Is studying MBBS and BPT as a middle-class student worth it for future?

I scored 92.5% in my class and 10 and now I am going to complete class 11. I am interested in medicine and also need to earn.

Yes, you can do MBBS in future for your career. But if you do MBBS to only earn money then you should not do it because you should first know about NEET preparation, life as a doctor, pre PG, and PG life. When you understand all that then choose this field.
