The information compiled in them are authentic can never mislead you, hence genuine efforts are added. A number of books with a few exceptions and statistical data have compromising facts and information.

    Yes, undoubtedly NCERTs must be referred as a core preparation guide of IPUCET if someone wants to clear the exam with the good score but this is not very easy. NCERT is full of jargon, theories and many subtitles things you will miss while reading. So you need to study sincerely and after that you have to go through other books. Here are some best books for the preparation apart from NCERT books:

    Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) conducts IPU-CET for admissions to its various UG and PG level programmes. It is an entrance exam that helps to get admission in the university of choice on the basis of results of IPU-CET exam.
    The exam is conducted offline mode. IPU CET 2018 question paper will comprise 150 questions in total. Students need to complete the paper in a time duration of 2:30 hours. For every question answered correctly, aspirants would get 4 marks. While for every question answered incorrectly, one mark would be deducted.

    If you have ample of time and currently joined any coaching center and your concepts are clear on each and every topic you may not prefer NCERT. NCERT is used nationwide and is published and edited by government bodies. High profile personalities have written the book.     Yes, if you have a good grip over NCERT texbooks you can easily make into top colleges under IPU domain.
    However, here is some tips to score good marks in IPUCET.
    Before starting your exam preparation, create a study plan for your preparation. Divide your time equally for all the sections as per your course. Gather all the information about the official syllabus

Cutoff is calculated by considering performance of all candidates who appeared for exam and make sure there is a fair comparison across different shifts or sessions of exam.

Candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 55% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. University will not conduct a separate IPU CET for admission to BTech course.
